Team Outlook: Lose their number two from last year but return five out of their top seven from last year. Savaria returns as their top runner. He was in the low 18's last year and one of the top returning runners in the league. Zvirzdin steps into thei second spot and was about a minute behind in the low 19's. Maddox Southard should be their thirs and was in the mid 20's with Corbin Southard about thirty second behind. Team has the edge for the team title over Spa Catholic and Mechanicville but will want to improve their depth from their thirs to fifth spots to improve their chances.

Team Outlook: Return everyone from last year. Dixson returns as their top runner and was in the high 17's last year. Alpy is their number two and was in the low 20's with DuBois coming in thirs in the mid 21 minute range. Team has a lot of gaps between their runners that need to close if hey want to move up in the league,

Team Outlook: Only return one from the three runners they had from last year but should have enough for a full team. Antolick is the only returning runner from last year and was in the mid 21's last year. Ret of the team is new and is a work in progress so we'll see how they will develop.

2025 Sectional Place:10th place-Class C

Projected Varsity: Nick LeGere-Jr., Jacob Carpenter-Jr., Mikey Sgambati-Sr., Caleb Olsted-Jr., Robbie O'Tiile-So., Jackson Cowell-So., Cole Mackenzie-So.

Key Losses: Andrew Christie, Adeis Bugbee

Team Outlook: Lose their second and third from last year but return everyone else. Carpenter returns as their top runner and was juar over 19 minutes last year. Legere joins the team and should challenge Carpenter for thir top spot. Sgambati and Olsted should be their thris and fourth runners with Sgambati just under 22 minutes na dOlsted in the mid 22's. Solid top two but need the rest of the team to close the gap if they want to challenge for the team title. A lot of new faces in their lineup with the chance to step up.

Team Outlook: Should return everyone from last year, Sherwind and Russo retrrn as their top runners and were in the mid to high 18 minute range last year. Gebtile is their third runner and was just over 21 minutes. Wilson and Myers are their other two returning runners and were more than a minute behind. Very young team but should challenge for the team title but need the third through fifth runners need to close the gap to their top two to challenge for the league title.

Team Outlook: Lose their only runner from lasy year to graduation so they will have to focus on rebuilding this year,

Team Outlook: Return three of their top four but lose a lot from their back end from last year. Lange returns their top runner and was in the low 19's last year. Dennerline-McClellan should be their number two and was in the mid 19's. Allen is their number three ans was in the  mid 20's. Need to fill up their top five and compete in the league.

Team Outlook: Return the only runner they had last year. Spears is their erturning runner and was in the mid 24 minute range last year. Team will need to ficus rebuildidng this season.

Team Outlook: Should return everyone from last year. Kluender and Parker ewturn as their top two runners and were in the mid to high 21 minute range. Howe and Tang are their thrid and fourth runners and were in the mid 23's. Tough team to figure out since they seemd to have a lot of turnover every year, If they stay intact then they have a chance to challenge for the title but need more strength in their fifth runner.

Team Outlook: Only had three runners lst year but should return them all. Gargano returns as their top runner and was in the high 22's last year. Catherine and Claudia Johnson are their other returning runners and both were over 27 minutes. They'll need to work on rebuilding their team before focusing on team results.

Team Outlook: Return their top five from last year, Squires and Wiley return as their top two runners and were both in the mid 21 minute range last year. Chapko should be their third runner and was more tha a minute behind their top two. Top two are very stong and have a solid chance of taking the league title if their thirs through fifth runners can close the gap to their top two.

2025 Sectional Place: 5th place-Class C

Key Losses: Addison Pane

Team Outlook: Only lose their number five runner and return everyone else from last year. Rogers is their top returning runner. She is the defending league champion and was in the mid 29's last year. Mulgereb is their nymber two and was just over 21 minutes. Saunders should be their third runner and was in the high 22's.  Team has the best two returning times in the league which gives them a big advantage to repeat as league champion but they need a stronger performance from their fifth spot to strenghten their chances.

Team Outlook: Dugan is their only returning runner and was in the mid 23 minute range last year, so they'll have to focus on rebuilding their lineup.

Team Outlook: Ni runners last yeae so they'll have to focus one getting numbers on the team.

Team Outlook: Only four runners last year but should returning them all this year. Belyaeva returns as their top runner and was just over 24 minutes last year. Dolmetsch is their number two and was about two minutes back. Other two runners were over 28 minutes last year. Could have a complete teams this year which is a step up but will need to see improvement in times if they want to move up in the league.
