Honorable Mention:
26. Corinth - Solid top three but needs big improvement from the rest for
Class D title.
27. Ballston Spa - Could be a big dark horse with some very good young
runners coming up.
28. Ichabod Crane - Returns everyone, but they all need to improve to be
competitive.
29.Johnstown - Return 5 out of 7, but losing Christina Johnson will a big hit
for them in the Foothills.
30.Glens Falls - Return a young top 7 should see some very good improvement.
