Note: Projections are almost entirely based on best times, or adjusted, on the Saratoga State Park and Queensbury Courses. I have no knowledge of any runners that may be out due to injuries or sickness so assume that every team is at full strength.

Girls Class A: This is going to be a fight all season long with Bethlehem, Shenendehowa, Saratoga Springs, and possibly Guilderland all in the mix for the top team. Early duals meets already have Shenendehowa beating Saartoga and Guilderland beating Bethlehem (missing a runner) but we're still a long way to Sectionals. If you're going to firce me to pick I would slightly go with Shenendehowa since i think Riley Lynch is better than 8th place on the list but it's going to be a tight one. Individually, Shen's Leyla Bhursi is the defending champion and one of the top runners in the state. Teammate Riley Lynch should jump up toward the top after an impressive spring. Bethlehem's trio of Logan Kuhn, Sophia Chromczak, and Anna Chrapowitzy, Saratoga's Erin Molesky, and Guilderland's Addison Vellekoop should all be in the mix.
